- Step 2 – using our online calendar, book a viewing
- Step 3 – view the property in person
- Step 4 – complete the on-line application form and transfer your fees using paypal.
- Step-5 – Meet us at your new home to sign the contract and collect your keys.
Your responsibilities
- Inform the utility companies of your move in date and meter readings.
- Arrange contents insurance. The Landlord will insure the building.
- Set up a standing order to pay your rent on an agreed day each month.
What are my costs?
Agency fees are a non-refundable £150.00. If there are more than two adult applicants for the property, a £75.00 fee is payable for each additional applicant.
- Your rent is due a month in advance.
- Your deposit is due prior to moving in.
- On your moving out day, you will be charged a £50.00 check out fee.
- If you renew your contract, you will be charged £25.00
Deposit
- Your deposit amount is stated in the property details and is due 7 days prior to the start of the tenancy.
- It will be transferred and held by the Government Deposit Service. You will be provided with a reference number. This is free of charge.
