Information for Tenants

We start as we mean to go on by guiding you through the lettings process

with an honest and transparent approach.

Our terms and conditions and fees are made clear at the outset of the process

and we use tenancy agreements written in plain English

and certified by the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

We are happy to offer advice and support throughout your tenancy

to make the experience as effortless as possible.



Your responsibilities

  • Inform the utility companies of your move in date and meter readings. 
  • Arrange contents insurance. The Landlord will insure the building.
  • Set up a standing order to pay your rent on an agreed day each month.

What are my costs?

Agency fees are a non-refundable £200.00. If there are more than two adult applicants for the property, a £75.00 fee is payable for each additional applicant.

  • Your rent is due a month in advance.
  • Your deposit is due prior to moving in.
  • On your moving out day, you will be charged a £50.00 check out fee.
  • If you renew your contract, you will be charged £25.00


  • Your deposit amount is stated in the property details and is due 7 days prior to the start of the tenancy.
  • It will be transferred and held by the Government Deposit Service. You will be provided with a reference number. This is free of charge.
