Your property will be advertised with a video tour and photographs accessible to everyone 24/7.

Property Appraisal

A member of the Quiberts team will visit at a convenient time for you and not limited to office hours.
We will give you a realistic rental income for your property immediately.

Competitive Fees

Option 1 is Full Management
You will be charged a set up fee of £150.00 and then 8.5% of the monthly rent. No VAT added.

Option 2 is Finders Fee
You will be charged 50% of the agreed monthly rental income. No VAT added.

There are no hidden charges. Please see the “terms of business" form or "letting agency agreement" form on the ADMIN page for a full breakdown of what is included in these options.

Deposit

• The tenant’s deposit will be held by the Government Deposit Service. We will transfer and manage the return for you, free of charge. 
• You choose how much deposit you want to charge.

Legal Requirements

You will need to provide Quiberts with a confirmation of the following: 

• A signed copy of our terms of business. (found on the Admin tab)
• A Landlord Gas Safety Certificate. (Quiberts can arrange for you)
• Energy Performance Certificate . (Quiberts can arrange for you)
• Buildings Insurance
