8.5 % - no VAT added per month
+£150 set up fee
We feel that our Commitment Contract with you provides the best service available.
It has been designed around the problems we have experienced when letting our properties
through other agents.
We are able to offer the lowest Management Fee around with everything the other
Agents provide PLUS the Commitment Contract.
This is a competitive price. It is a one off payment per property and includes:
- Visit your property and suggest a realistic monthly rental price.
- Advertise the property with photographs
- Place a “To Let” sign outside (only if you want one)
- Conduct full credit and reference checks on tenants.
- Accompany prospective tenants on all viewings
- Provide a short hold tenancy agreement
- Provide a videoed and written inventory

Once you have decided on a property you want to rent, we will charge you :
This is a one off charge per property and NOT per person.
Deposit
All deposits will be tranferred straight to the Deposit Protection service. This is FREE to use so unlike some other Agents - we will NOT charge to to do this.
