As expected we will:

  • Visit your property and suggest a realistic monthly rental price.
  • Advertise the property with photographs
  • Place a “To Let” sign outside (only if you want one)
  • Conduct full credit and reference checks on tenants.
  • Accompany prospective tenants on all viewings
  • Provide a short hold tenancy agreement
  • Provide Tenants with a 24 hour contact number
  • Arrange maintenance when required
  • Adjust contract details to suit any specific needs YOU have.
