As expected we will:
- Visit your property and suggest a realistic monthly rental price.
- Advertise the property with photographs
- Place a “To Let” sign outside (only if you want one)
- Conduct full credit and reference checks on tenants.
- Accompany prospective tenants on all viewings
- Provide a short hold tenancy agreement
- Provide Tenants with a 24 hour contact number
- Arrange maintenance when required
- Adjust contract details to suit any specific needs YOU have.
